Interaction Recruitment are looking for long term production operatives for our client based in Coventry, CV6. Previous experience working within a manufacturing/production environment is required to be considered for the role.
Role Specifications
- Shifts: Monday to Friday - 6AM-2PM / 2PM-10PM / 10PM-6AM (rotating weekly)
- Hours: 40 hrs per week - Paid breaks & lunches
- Salary: £14.45 - £14.76 per hour (£30,800 per year)
- Contract: Temporary to permanent
- Overtime: Available with excellent rates.
Duties
- Safely operate cutting machines while adhering to safety regulations.
- Monitoring equipment and products to ensure all areas stay within tolerances and guidelines.
- Responsible for the quality of products at all stages of production within the department.
- Quality control, final inspection and boxing of finished product.
