Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting a temporary to permanent Production/ Machine Operator to work for a well established company in Nuneaton. Hours of work 2pm to 10pm – Monday to Friday – £12.33 per hour + weekly bonus. ( approx 70p – £1.30 per hour) – £15.66 per hour after 6pm at night including shift allowance Overtime available! We are looking for a reliable worker to join a small team on the afternoon shift. Ideally the candidate will have an impressive work history demonstrating reliability and consistency in previous jobs. Public transport is not a reliable form of transport to the site and therefore candidates will live locally or have their own transport. Candidates will need to me physically fit with a mechanical flare to fix conveyor belts when required. The production activity can be monotonous and will involve feeding materials onto a conveyor system. The jobs will become more interesting as confidence in your ability grows .
