Overview
We are seeking a technically skilled and commercially aware Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Water Supply System product ranges, including copper, steel, multilayer, and plastic systems. This role is key to ensuring our products meet market needs, regulatory standards, and support specification wins through expert technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and support for Water Supply System products, including specification documentation.
- Manage product group sales targets and growth strategies in line with business objectives.
- Support customers and internal teams with product selection, installation guidance, and system design.
- Ensure product compliance with legislation, market requirements, and relevant approvals.
- Maintain accurate technical data and documentation to support sales and specifications.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and approve technical content.
- Deliver technical training internally and externally, including practical certification sessions.
- Provide guidance on installation, fixings, and supports, including site testing.
- Assist in specification sales efforts, including CPD creation and client visits.
- Investigate and resolve product issues, including root cause analysis and reporting.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/plumbing products, materials, and systems

- Understanding of the specification market and sales processes
