We are looking for an experienced SMSTS Site Manager with the works relating to the installation of a modular building in Plymouth working alongside a tier 1 contractor.

The selected candidate must have experience in managing modular and commercial projects, overseeing sub-contractors' work to ensure it is up to standard, being organised, and managing time effectively.

Responsibilities include ensuring all staff on site adhere to health and safety regulations and performing all other general site management duties required.

Must have black SMSTS, first aid, and full PPE.
