Warehouse Picker/Packer - Days (Chilled Environment)
Pay Rates: £13.48 per hour (weekdays) £16.18 per hour (weekends)
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts (7:00am - 7:00pm) 4 days per week 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day

Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months' recent warehouse picking and packing experience using handheld scanners and consistently working to high pick-rate targets. Unfortunately, applications from candidates without relevant picking and packing experience will not be considered. Experience working in a chilled warehouse environment is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage.
The Role
We are looking for reliable, hardworking Warehouse Operatives (Picker/Packers) to join our team in a busy chilled warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack chilled products using handheld scanning equipment
- Consistently achieve and maintain required pick-rate and accuracy targets
- Ensure correct labelling and packaging of all goods
- Work efficiently to meet daily deadlines and productivity standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow all health & safety and food hygiene procedures
- Report any issues, errors, or discrepancies to supervisors promptly
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 12 months' warehouse picking and packing experience
- Proven experience using handheld scanners
- Experience working to and achieving demanding pick-rate targets
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
