About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Pick and Packersto join our fast‑paced food production team. This is a hands‑on role ideal for individuals who thrive in a busy environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack food products according to order specifications.
- Ensure all items are correctly labelled and packaged.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the packing area.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Work within a freezer environment – temperatures can be cold.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or food production environment is desirable but not essential.
