We are currently recruiting for a caring, passionate, and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a welcoming and well established early years setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children, families, and staff alike.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a genuine passion for early years education, child development, and team wellbeing.

- Good IT skills and confidence using nursery software and online systems
- Lead and support a positive, caring, and motivated staff team
- Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained
- Support the implementation of the EYFS framework
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
- Monitor practice and support continuous improvement across the setting
- Promote a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children
