Having built a loyal customer base over many years, the organisation continues to grow and invest in its marketing function, looking for a creative and commercially minded individual to help drive brand awareness, lead generation and business growth.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy, campaigns and day-to-day delivery, while managing a small marketing team.
This role would suit a hands-on Marketing Manager who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic and lead generation.
- Create and deliver engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage paid media activity including Linked In advertising and PPC campaigns.
- Oversee content creation, copy writing, newsletters, social media and digital campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Support and manage a small marketing team, including development and performance reviews.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing activity.
About You
We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Manager who can bring fresh ideas and make a genuine impact within a growing business.
You will ideally have
- Previous experience within a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation and paid campaigns.
- Experience managing campaigns from concept through to delivery.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on campaign performance.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- A confident communication style with the ability to build strong relationships.
