Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 08.30 – 17.30 (1 hour lunch) SALARY – £25-30,000 DOE About our opportunity: Our Head office based in Huntingdon, Cambs are looking for a Payroll Lead to join our team, in an office based role. You will be part of our Payroll team delivering and processing the weekly payroll of our temporary workers Reporting to the Payroll Manager, typical duties include: Processing the weekly Payroll Coordinate pension administration, auto enrolment and interface with pension providers Processing Tax Codes Calculating Holiday Processing statutory payment ie:(sick, maternity, paternity payments) Answering employee queries Who we are looking for: Experience in payroll processing The ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives A sound knowledge of current payroll legislation Excellent attention to detail and personal organisation Proven customer service skills. Excellent working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products A “can do” positive attitude. An understanding of GDPR & Data Protection requirements in the workplace.
