Job role: Paint Sprayer Salary: £27,000-£32,000 per annum (£13-£15 per hour) Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire Hours: 8:00-16:30 Monday to Friday Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
The Package:
- Salary between £27,000-32,000 per annum / £13-£15 per hour dependent on experience
- Company shutdowns / 28 days holiday including Bank

The Role:
- Wet spray small and large panels using 2 & 4 pack systems
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- To be responsible for quality and timely completion of parts to agreed standards
- Ensure the timekeeping/job tracking system is kept up to date at all times.
The Requirements:
- Previous paint spraying experience – 3 years+ ideally (essential)
- Background paint spraying within the automotive, signage or similar industry (essential)
- Previous experience using 2 and 4 pack wet spray systems (essential)
- Work to tight deadlines
