About Us
Our client is a leading manufacturer of pulp packaging. We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Factory General Operative.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment.
- Assist in the production process, including packing and labeling products.
- Ensure the factory floor is clean and safe at all times.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Perform quality checks on products.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Work efficiently to meet production targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand on your feet 8 hours a day.
