We are currently recruiting for a caring, passionate, and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a welcoming and well established early years setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children, families, and staff alike. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a genuine passion for early years education, child development, and team wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
  • Minimum Level 2 Maths qualification or willingness to work towards
  • Previous management experience within a good or outstanding setting
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership skills
  • Experience working within early years education and childcare
  • Good IT skills and confidence using nursery software and online systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a positive, caring, and motivated staff team
  • Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained
  • Support the implementation of the EYFS framework
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
  • Monitor practice and support continuous improvement across the setting
  • Promote a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children
