Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Asphalt Plant Supervisor to join their asphalt plant based in Longwater, Norwich. This is a key role responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of the asphalt plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day asphalt plant operations
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met
- Lead and support plant operatives and drivers
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
- Coordinate with management, customers, and transport teams
- Carry out basic plant maintenance and fault-finding as required
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience within an asphalt plant environment
- Previous supervisory experience is desirable
- Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures
- Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working hours (48 hours per week)
