We’re looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join our Northampton operation on our afternoon shift.
Start at £13.22 — progress up to £15.07 per hour.
We believe good work should be recognised. That’s why this role offers incremental pay progression, taking your hourly rate from £12.96 to £14.77 as you progress.
What’s the job?
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll help keep our operation running smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving and organising stock
- Checking goods for accuracy and quality
- Following warehouse processes and safety procedures
- Working towards daily performance targets
- Supporting your team to keep things moving
