What You'll Be Doing As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include: Speaking with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career goals Meeting clients and candidates face-to-face Developing new business opportunities through sales activity and networking Managing and growing existing client accounts Providing exceptional customer service to clients and workers Matching candidates to suitable vacancies Working towards and exceeding recruitment and sales targets Building strong relationships within your local market Supporting the full recruitment journey from registration through to placement What We're Looking For We're looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who wants to develop a long-term career and maximise their earning potential.
