Location: Kettering, UK
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week
Salary: Up to £33,000.00
Interaction Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation. We are seeking a Technologist to meet customer needs, testing products to ensure compliance with legislation, provision of information and presenting at seminars whilst promoting the organisation's brand.
About The Role
As a Technologist your key responsibilities will include:
- Discussing results and new work with customers
- Drafting reports and responding to customer emails
- Meeting with customers and presenting seminars/webinars
- Working to and understanding Quality System and Health & Safety requirements
- Supporting technicians' development
- Delivering SAFT training programme
- Contributing to writing of technical articles for internal and external publication
- Involvement in customer visits and promotion of services
About You
Essential
- Familiar with physical testing techniques
- Demonstrated organisation and planning skills
- Customer facing experience
- Confident presenter
- Excellent time management and scheduling skills
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team
- Highly motivated
- Problem solving and logical thinking
- Willingness to travel
Desirable
- Completion of SAFT course or working towards completion
- Degree in Maths or Science
- Full, clean driving licence
