A leading manufacturer and distributor is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop its production and warehouse operations.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, managing and developing direct reports, driving accountability and performance.
- Ensuring production planning is effective and optimised to meet customer requirements.
- Monitoring production and warehouse performance against KPIs.
- Driving continuous improvement, efficiency and quality across operations.
- Supporting cost control and effective resource management.
- Providing accurate management reporting and operational insight.
- Promoting lean manufacturing and robust quality control processes.
About You
You will have proven experience in an operational, production or manufacturing management role, with knowledge of:
- Production Planning
- Lean Manufacturing
- Quality Control
- Cost Control
