Multi-Trader / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson Wanted
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Trader to join our team and work across a variety of residential and commercial projects.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of general building, maintenance and refurbishment works. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail and can work independently to a high standard.
Duties may include:
- General building and maintenance
- Plastering and patch repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Carpentry and joinery
- Tiling
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical work
- Kitchen and bathroom repairs/refurbishments
- Making good and snagging
- General property maintenance
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Multi-Trader / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
- Good range of practical building skills
- High standard of workmanship
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Own tools preferred
- CSCS / relevant qualifications advantageous
