Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support our client's high‑performance Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) within a fast‑paced FMCG environment. This hands‑on role focuses on fault finding, problem solving, and improving equipment reliability to ensure maximum system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex faults efficiently.
- Take ownership from fault detection to permanent resolution.
- Analyse equipment data to identify recurring issues and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with OEMs and contractors on technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records within SAP/CMMS systems.
- Uphold safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 (or HNC) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2–3 years experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
