Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Location: London, EC1N

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – office-based in our London, EC1N office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with the remaining days working from home.

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, selling solutions to builders across the UK. This is a phone-based sales role where you'll generate leads, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to secure a permanent position at the end of the contract. What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to prospective builders across the UK.
  • Generate and qualify leads, managing the sales process from first contact through to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the team during your weekly office day in our London, EC1N office.
  • Be flexible to support business needs when required.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 6 months' experience in sales, internal sales, business development, telesales or lead generation.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close new business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and results-focused.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Ability to work from our London, EC1N office every Tuesday, with remote working on the remaining days.
