Warehouse Bendi Driver – PM Shift (14:00–22:00)

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution business, is currently seeking experienced Warehouse Bendi Drivers to join their busy warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering a fast-paced and supportive working environment.

Please note: Applicants must hold a valid Bendi (Flexi) Truck Licence.

The Role

Working as part of a warehouse team, you will be responsible for the safe movement of goods throughout the facility, as well as supporting picking, packing, inspection, and stock control activities. You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating Bendi/Flexi trucks safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles, containers, and trailers.
  • Moving stock to and from storage locations, production areas, and loading bays.
  • Picking, inspecting, packing, and recording products in line with customer specifications.
  • Using hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organisation.
  • Ensuring stock is handled accurately and safely.
  • Following all site procedures, quality standards, and operational requirements.
  • Completing all documentation and records accurately.
  • Reporting incidents, accidents, and near misses in accordance with company procedures.
  • Attending training sessions and team meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Valid Bendi (Flexi) Truck Licence.
  • Previous experience operating Bendi trucks in a busy warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse processes and materials handling procedures.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong commitment to health and safety practices.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience within logistics, warehousing, or distribution environments.
  • Experience within shipping and receiving operations.
  • Additional MHE licences would be beneficial.
