Responsibilities
- Administer HR duties, including onboarding new starters and acting as the main point of contact for HR related queries.
- Manage Health and Safety administration and ensure compliance.
- Oversee purchasing administration: obtain quotations, raise purchase orders, and act as Purchasing Administrator when necessary.
- Assist the Operations Department with all aspects of administration.
- Supervise contractors on site and handle queries with service providers.
- Participate in meetings and contribute proactively.
- Undertake ad‑hoc duties with a hands‑on, can‑do attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Purchasing Administrator, Operations Administrator, Facilities Administrator or similar role – essential.
