This role would suit a technician with experience in cranes, hydraulics, lifting equipment, plant machinery, commercial vehicles, agricultural equipment, or other heavy engineering sectors. Key Responsibilities Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HMF and PM cranes Diagnose and rectify hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical faults Conduct LOLER inspections, testing, and certification work Manufacture, repair, and replace hydraulic hoses Attend breakdowns and provide effective on-site support Complete inspections and service documentation accurately Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with industry standards Deliver a professional service while maintaining strong customer relationships What We're Looking For Experience working on truck-mounted cranes, hydraulic equipment, plant machinery, commercial vehicles, or lifting equipment Strong hydraulic fault-finding and diagnostic skills Good mechanical and electrical knowledge Ability to work independently in a field service environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Full UK Driving Licence Positive and professional approach to customer service Desirable Qualifications ALLMI Certification Operator Certification Thorough Examiner Certification LOLER Inspection experience Manufacturer training on HMF, PM, Palfinger, Fassi, Atlas, or similar equipment Candidates without the above qualifications are still encouraged to apply, as full product and industry training can be provided.
