We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager / Customer Service Executive to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is a maternity cover position with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. If you have experience in account management, customer service, sales, or recruitment and enjoy building strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to develop and grow existing accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is up to date.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, sales, or recruitment.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • A proactive, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
  • Experience within the transport or logistics industry would be highly advantageous.
