Warehouse / Production Operative - Meldreth, Royston
Location: Meldreth, Royston, Hertfordshire
Pay: £13.00 per hour (Monday-Friday)
Saturday & Bank Holiday Rate: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 7:00am - 6:00pm

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Production Operatives for a busy food production company based in Meldreth, near Royston.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for consistent, full-time work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on a busy food production line.
- Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch.
- Loading, unloading and moving stock (up to 20kg).
- Operating production machinery, including meat band saws where required, following appropriate training.
- Carrying out quality checks on products and packaging.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Completing daily cleaning and wash-down duties.
- Following food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, production or food manufacturing experience is desirable.
- Reliable, hardworking individuals with a good work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg.
- Willing to carry out cleaning duties and follow food hygiene procedures.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Previous meat band saw experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Working Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
- 30-minute break
- Occasional Saturday shifts available
- Monday to Friday: £13.00 per hour
- Saturdays and Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour
