We're recruiting for a Material Handler to join a well-established and growing business in Bedford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day movement, storage and organisation of materials, ensuring stock is accurate, orders are prepared on time and the warehouse operates efficiently.
This position would suit someone with previous warehouse, stores, logistics or inventory experience who enjoys working independently and takes pride in keeping everything organised.
The Role
Receiving and checking deliveries.
Booking stock into the system.
Organising materials and maintaining accurate stock locations.
Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
Arranging collections and deliveries with courier companies.
Carrying out regular stock checks and investigating discrepancies.
Issuing materials internally as required.
Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse environment.
Supporting general warehouse and operational activities.

Previous experience within a warehouse, stores, logistics or materials handling environment.
