Basic Salary: £30,000.00 to £40,000.00 Per Annum

Location: Markfield, Leicestershire

Due to further expansion plans, our market leading client is seeking an enthusiastic & dynamic Print Account Manager to join their successful team and further cement their reputation and nurture customer relationships.

As a Print Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and influencing revenue.
  • Maintaining exceptional communication with customers on orders and enquiries.
  • Raising orders and enquiries on new sales quotes as well as existing orders.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with accounts throughout the UK.
  • Being responsible for and the go-to person for key customer accounts.
  • Stock management of products and services.
  • Negotiating pricing ensuring balance between revenue generation and customer retention.
  • Having a consultative approach to customers and their business.
  • Demonstrating products and knowledge on product ranges.
  • Self-managing diary and workload to ensure productivity objectives and activities are met.
  • Maintaining an elevated level of service ensuring a world-class customer experience.
