Due to an increase in orders, our world-renowned manufacturing client is looking for Manufacturing Operatives to join their team in Rotherham in January 2026.
The role of a Manufacturing Operative is to assist in the manufacture of our client's product, which can be heavy in nature, through tasks such as:
- Rolling product
- Lifting
- Manoeuvring
- Quality checking
- Assisting skilled operatives in their roles
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidates, along with the possibility of a long-term, full-time role.
The role is strictly rotating shifts, so you must be flexible and able to get to site for those times.
