The job will involve working a weekly rotating shift pattern acrossall 3 shifts - mornings, afternoons and nights Monday to Friday. The manufacturing environment will require you to carry out a number of tasks across various sections of the business. Good numeracy and literacy, an eye for detail are required for the role and manual handling duties. The pay rate starts on £13.15 per hour during training + shift allowance £1.42 ph mornings, £1.85 ph afternoons, £3.09 ph nights. The pay rate will increase will rise after approx 12 weeks tranining to £14.17 per hour + shift allowance. The company will invest a lot of time training for this role and we are looking for reliable candidates who can commit to a long term future with our client.
