We are a specialist team dedicated to supporting our existing clients with the placement of industrial and driving–based temporary and permanent staff. Due to growth, a role for either an experienced Recruiter or a Trainee has arisen at our Rotherham office. It suits someone who wants to work in a professional services environment combining customer service, sales and administrative skills.
Responsibilities- Work with our existing clients on their temporary and permanent recruitment needs.
- Build relationships with existing client contacts and develop new business through telephone calls, emails, marketing campaigns and client visits.
- Understand client needs through effective job taking.
- Write job adverts.
- Interview candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, offers and placements.
- Previous experience dealing directly with customers/clients.
- Excellent telephone manner and great attention to detail.
- Clean driving licence and car ownership.
- Great basic salary and uncapped commission (First year OTE £35k+).
- Incentives to win holidays (Caribbean, Europe), extra commission and more.
- Established recruiters can earn £40k+ OTE.
