Lobster Recruitment is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Consultant to join our dynamic team. We specialise in staffing solutions across the Hospitality, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors and are proud to support a wide range of high-volume events and clients across the South of England.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Sourcing Candidates: Using job boards and outbound calling to find suitable candidates.
- Candidate Assessment: Interviewing candidates and assessing their suitability for roles.
- Compliance: Completing paperwork and conducting Right to Work checks.
- Job Matching: Clearly explaining roles and expectations to ensure a great fit.
- Client Interaction: Handling inbound calls from clients requesting staff.
- Shift Management: Working on a busy rota with accuracy and confidence.
- CRM Usage: Maintaining candidate and client records using our internal system.
- Portal Management: Updating bookings and staff information on third-party platforms.
- Client Visits: Attending meetings with new clients across the South of the UK.
- Business Development: Calling new and existing clients to offer our services.
- Contract Setup: Creating rate proposals and drafting client contracts.
- On-Call: Sharing responsibility for the on-call rota answering calls out of office hours.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong common sense and practical problem-solving skills.
