The Role
We are looking for a Part-Time Quality Coordinator to join our Test Equipment department. You will play a key role in maintaining and monitoring quality standards, supporting compliance, and driving continuous improvement across production and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout production and operations.
- Maintain in-house calibration documentation, processes, and equipment.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and update quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production, design, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure consistent quality practices.
- Support the implementation of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17025) through documentation, training, and process improvements.
- Coordinate customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Track and report quality metrics, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
- Assist in staff training on quality procedures and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform related administrative tasks.
About You
Essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

Desirable
