The Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Quality Coordinator to join our Test Equipment department. You will play a key role in maintaining and monitoring quality standards, supporting compliance, and driving continuous improvement across production and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout production and operations.
  • Maintain in-house calibration documentation, processes, and equipment.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and update quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with production, design, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure consistent quality practices.
  • Support the implementation of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17025) through documentation, training, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Track and report quality metrics, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
  • Assist in staff training on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform related administrative tasks.

About You

Essential

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Problem‐solving mindset and willingness to learn new standards.

Desirable

  • Auditing experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 17025.
  • Engineering or science‐based experience or qualifications.
  • Understanding of lean or Six Sigma principles.
