Interaction Recruitment is currently working with a client based in Bedford who is looking to recruit skilled MIG / TIG Welders to join their precision engineering and fabrication team. This opportunity would suit welders with a strong eye for detail and experience working to tight tolerances within a high-quality manufacturing environment.
The Role:
- MIG and TIG welding of precision-engineered components
- Working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium (depending on projects)
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Producing high-quality welds to exact specifications
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
- Background in precision welding or high-spec fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Engineering or manufacturing background preferred
