Looking for regular weekday work where you can keep active, work outdoors and be part of a good team? Interaction Recruitment is recruiting Loaders in Witney to join a busy local waste and recycling operation. This is a hands-on, active role working alongside a small crew on local collection rounds. No previous waste or recycling experience is essential; what matters most is that you’re reliable, hardworking and happy with a physical outdoor role.
What you'll be doing:
- Working alongside the driver and crew on local collection rounds
- Loading household waste and recycling safely and efficiently
- Moving bins and containers to and from the collection vehicle
- Helping the team complete scheduled routes
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Providing a professional service while working within the local community

Who are we looking for?
You don't need a driving licence or specialist qualifications for this position. We're looking for people who are reliable, punctual and physically fit, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions. You'll need to be comfortable with an early start and working as part of a team to get the day's collection route completed.
