Loadbay Operative – Chiller Environment Location: Sittingbourne ME9 8  Shift Times: Monday to Friday – must be flexible to work 06:00–14:00, 08:00–16:00 or 10:00–18:00  Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour MUST DRIVE DUE TO LOCATION - NOT ACCESIBLE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT   We are currently recruiting a Loadbay Operative to work within a chiller environment for our client in Sittingbourne. This is a physical, hands-on role involving the stacking and palletising of 10kg tubs of jam ready for dispatch. The Role Working in a chilled loadbay environment Stacking, moving and palletising 10kg tubs of jam Preparing pallets for storage and distribution Checking, preparing and processing dispatch paperwork Using computer systems to support dispatch activities Following health & safety and manual handling procedures Maintaining a clean and organised work area What We're Looking For Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team Comfortable working in a chiller environment Computer literate and confident using basic computer systems for dispatch documentation Flexible to work rotating shift times of 06:00–14:00, 08:00–16:00 and 10:00–18:00 Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as public transport is not suitable and the site location is not easily accessible What We Offer £12.71 per hour Temp to Perm opportunity Monday to Friday – no weekends Varying daytime shifts On-the-job training and support Ongoing work for the right candidate If you're looking for steady weekday work and enjoy a hands-on role in a chilled environment, we'd love to hear from you.  Apply now with your CV or call Jill on (phone number removed) or (phone number removed) INDMAI
