Location: Port Sunlight
Contract: Ongoing

Overview

We are currently recruiting FLT Drivers for a busy site in Port Sunlight. Candidates must hold an in‑date Counterbalance FLT licence as a minimum. Reach and VNA licences would be an advantage.

Shift Pattern

• 4 days on / 4 days off
• Rotating shifts: Days and Nights
• 12‑hour shifts

Pay Rates

• Pre‑Parity (under 12 weeks)
  • Days: £12.60 per hour
  • Nights: £13.60 per hour
• Post‑Parity (after 12 weeks)
  • Days: £13.60 per hour
  • Nights: £14.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Load and unload goods
• Move stock within the site
• Carry out daily FLT checks
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• In‑date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
• Reach and/or VNA licence (advantageous)
• Previous FLT driving experience
• Ability to work 12‑hour day and night shifts on a 4‑on / 4‑off rota
• Reliable and safety‑conscious
