We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to join a busy team in St Neots, supporting customers with parts identification, technical enquiries and order processing. Working Hours Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, with a choice of: 8:00am–5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break. 8:30am–5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Based in St Neots, with the option to work from home 1 day per week after the first 3 months. The Role Provide parts advice and support to dealers, service centres and end-user customers. Identify the correct parts using electronic catalogues, technical manuals and exploded diagrams. Process sales orders accurately using internal computer systems. Respond to customer enquiries, offering technical guidance and suitable replacement options. Liaise with sales, service and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Manage returns, warranty claims and stock availability enquiries. Build strong customer relationships while delivering excellent service. About You Experience in parts sales or a parts advisor role within agriculture Alternatively, experience in the motor trade, HGV or a related technical parts environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Good IT skills, attention to detail and accurate data entry. A proactive, organised approach with a willingness to learn new products and systems.
