Our very successful manufacturing client based in Scunthorpe are now looking for an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to join their team. The Quality and Compliance Manager will ensure that their products and services meet regulatory standards and internal quality requirements. Oversee the quality management systems and strive to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include (but not exhaustive of):
- Develop and Implement Quality and Compliance Strategies
- Conduct Internal Audits
- Monitor, Create and update Quality and Compliance
- Investigate Quality Issues
- Documentation Management
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Supplier Management
- Continuous Improvements
Qualifications Required:
- A bachelor's degree in Quality Management, or a similar related field
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality and compliance role
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Experience leading BRC, ISO9001 and FDSC Audits
Skills Required:
- Management/Leadership
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
