Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our client's friendly electronics manufacturing team based in Letchworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled assembler who can hit the ground running, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
- 30-minute lunch break (12:30pm)
- 15-minute morning and afternoon tea breaks
Key Responsibilities
- Electronic assembly
- Soldering
- Cable and wiring assembly
- Mechanical assembly
- Following detailed work instructions
- Producing high-quality cable assemblies to meet weekly production schedules
- Maintaining high quality standards and working safely at all times
Requirements
- Previous electronic assembly and soldering experience
- IPC/J-STD-001 knowledge or certification (current or expired desirable)
- Ability to follow work instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Reliable with a positive attitude and excellent timekeeping
