The Role
As a 360 Recruiter, you'll own the full recruitment cycle while building and nurturing strong client and candidate relationships. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your success directly rewards you.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and win new client business
- Client Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts
- Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media & networking to attract talent
- Screening & Interviews: Assess suitability and manage the interview process
- Offer & Onboarding Management: Handle negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Compliance: Ensure all placements meet legal and company compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally in a 360 role
- Strong business development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- A resilient, motivated individual with a results‐driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, multi-tasking environment
