About the Role
We are currently recruiting Apple Graders to join a busy food production facility. Working as part of the production team, you will play an important role in ensuring apples meet the required quality standards before being processed into food products. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor the apple production line to ensure product quality.
- Inspect apples for defects, bruising, damage, discolouration and contamination.
- Check that all apple skin has been completely removed during the peeling process.
- Remove any defective or unsuitable apples from the production line.
- Ensure products meet customer quality specifications.
- Report any quality concerns or machinery issues to the relevant supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic working area.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
Looking For
