We are looking for an experienced and commercially savvy Maintenance Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment and is eager to take charge. In this role, you will manage three critical areas: Pre‑planned Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Service, and Installations.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule urgent and planned service work efficiently
- Act as the first point of contact for clients — ensuring a professional, proactive, and positive experience
- Meet tight deadlines, manage budgets, and exceed client expectations
- Collaborate closely with purchasing, sales, and project teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations
- Oversee site surveys, quotations, and installations to guarantee timely completion
- Coordinate credit checks, supplier management, and subcontractor relationships
- Continuously adapt schedules to respond to shifting priorities
- Ensure seamless project delivery from initiation to completion
- Manage Reactive Service Coordination: Schedule urgent service requests, dispatch engineers, and provide immediate client support
- Handle PPM Coordination: Manage planned maintenance schedules, liaise with suppliers, and track project profitability
- Communicate effectively with clients, always delivering clear, confident, and positive messaging
- Maintain strong commercial awareness, ensuring we protect and improve profit margins at every opportunity
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating reactive and planned service projects
- Strong organisational skills, with a solid understanding of commercial dynamics
- A natural talent for providing outstanding customer service
- Previous roles in similar positions such as: Service Operations Coordinator, Engineering Scheduler, Service Delivery Manager, Field Service Coordinator, Maintenance Planner, or similar titles
