We are currently recruiting for a skilled CNC Setter / Operator to join a well-established engineering company based in Leeds. This is a permanent opportunity offering a great working environment and a friendly shift pattern with an early finish on Fridays.

The Role

  • Setting and operating CNC machines using Fanuc controls
  • Working with HAAS and Siemens machinery
  • Producing high-quality precision components
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Making adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Programming experience is beneficial but not essential

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a CNC Setter / Operator
  • Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls
  • Experience with HAAS and/or Siemens machines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail and quality standards

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 7:00am – 11:00am (early finish)
