Kitchen Porter Kettering

Interaction Recruitment are seeking an experienced Kitchen Porter to work at a hotel in Kettering.  The Kitchen Porter contract will run for a period of c.3 weeks to begin with. The ideal candidate: Will have Kitchen Porter experience (ideally in a busy hotel or restaurant) Must be over the age of 18 for insurance purposes Shall be a driver with a reliable vehicle due to the location Should be presentable, professional, reliable and flexible Could be available 4 to 7 days per week Will have a good command of the English language Must have full UK right to work documentation The job: Working in a fast-paced 4-star hotel, recognised with two Michelin Star accolades Manually washing up pots, pans and kitchen equipment Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen, including floors, workstations, storage areas, and waste disposal areas Potentially assisting chefs with basic food preparation, such as peeling vegetables, preparing ingredients, and receiving deliveries Operating and maintaining dishwashers and other cleaning equipment The hours of work will be 14:30-22:30 and depending on your availability, you can work up to 7 days per week 30 minute break deduction per shift, you will be entitled to a meal on duty and/or refreshments There will be crossover between you and another Kitchen Porter Plenty of staff parking Pay will be £13.00 per hour PAYE Paid every Friday from the previous week Accruing holiday pay at 12.07% on top of your hourly rate Are you currently a Kitchen Porter or Kitchen Hand working for an agency, but looking for more hours?
