We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hands-on Van Driver to join a busy logistics operation based in Hemel Hempstead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys an active role and takes pride in delivering high standards of service and safety.
The Role
- Driving a Luton box van with tail-lift
- Completing 1–3 delivery drops per day
- Delivering appliances to new build houses and apartments
- Unloading, positioning goods inside properties, and removing packaging
- Supporting installation teams by preparing deliveries on-site
- Covering routes across the South & East of England (occasional South Wales)
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 05:30 start – approx. 14:30 finish
- Occasional later finishes due to traffic or site delays
Pay
£13.50 per hour
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (required – licence check completed before start)
- Experience driving Luton vans preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Strong awareness of health & safety
- Reliable, sensible, and proactive attitude
- Strict adherence to driving laws and compliance (zero tolerance policy in place)
