The Role As a Powered Access Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of powered access equipment across customer sites throughout your designated region. Key Responsibilities Attend breakdowns and emergency callouts. Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults. Carry out planned servicing and preventative maintenance. Complete LOLER inspections and Thorough Examinations. Repair and maintain powered access equipment and MEWPs. Accurately complete service reports and documentation. Identify and source replacement parts. Provide technical support and advice to customers. Maintain high standards of health and safety. Represent the company professionally at customer sites. Build strong customer relationships through technical expertise and reliability. Candidate Requirements Essential NVQ Level 2/3 in Engineering or equivalent. Previous experience working on powered access equipment. Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills. Thorough Examination (TE) qualification. Full UK Driving Licence. Ability to work independently in a field-based role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Desirable IPAF Licence. CAP Qualification. Experience using Protean and PDA systems.
