About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Fulfilment Operations Co-ordinator to support both office and warehouse operations. You will handle day‑to‑day admin tasks, manage communication with clients and suppliers, coordinate deliveries, process returns, and maintain accurate records. This is a key role ensuring smooth operational flow across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing phone calls, emails, and incoming/outgoing mail
- Supporting clients, suppliers, and the management team with queries
- Maintaining filing systems and updating records
- Scheduling and coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries
- Logging stock into the system and reporting discrepancies
- Processing returns and producing related reports
- Preparing documents and reports for clients and management
- Assisting with additional charges reports
- Supporting ad‑hoc projects when required
- Building and maintaining positive client relationships
Requirements
- 2+ years’ administrative experience
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office/Excel; WMS experience desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Able to prioritise and work independently
- Reliable, trustworthy, and a supportive team player
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
