Internal Sales Support
St Ives, Cambridgeshire
£28,000–£30,000 per annum
Hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
We are recruiting an enthusiastic and commercially minded Internal Sales Support professional to join a growing sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with sales, customer service or account management experience who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Proactively generate sales opportunities via telephone and email.
- Follow up quotations, samples and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Prepare quotations and support sales targets.
- Re-engage dormant customers and develop new business.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or account management.
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, organised and target-driven approach.
- Good Maths and English qualifications (GCSE Grade 4/C or above).
