Are you an HGV Mechanic or HGV Technician looking to join a leading recycling and waste management company? You will carry out both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to keep the fleet safe, compliant, and operating at the highest standard.
Qualifications:- Engineering professional with hands-on experience maintaining HGVs, buses, trucks or other heavy commercial vehicles.
- A Mechanic, Engineer or Technician with a background in fault diagnosis, mechanical repairs, welding/fabrication, and general vehicle maintenance.
- Individuals with a good attitude & strong attention to detail.
- Those with a class 1 driving license (would be ideal).
- Carrying out scheduled servicing, inspections, pre-MOT checks, and reactive repairs.
- Fault diagnosis and repairs on heavy commercial vehicles.
- Welding, fabrication, and bin repairs as required.
- Completing accurate maintenance records and attending internal/external training.
- Working as part of a team to ensure fleet reliability and support operational requirements.
