About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our established team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring productivity targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives.
- Allocate daily workloads and monitor team performance.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Oversee goods received, stock movements, and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Assist with stock takes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete relevant warehouse documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
